Understanding Domain & Users
Step 1 : Mind Mapping
Step 1 : Mind Mapping

To understand about the users there role play in tailoring business I created a mindmap to understand what task they perform and what are the interactions they have to make with clients.

I also understood that the user groups are less literated, but use normal day to day social apps and are literate enough to use digital tools. So I followed that the age group using application can be from 20 to 40 yrs.

Step 2 : Finding Pain Points
Some of the usual data gets missed while gathering data. And also keeping all requirements in one place creates mess.
1
Collecting Requirement
When the owner is not available, the coworkers finds it hard to collect data to start working for client, even the owner is not able to share the information
2
Sharing Client Details
So the client profile is missing when the owner wants to connect to the client to get some information for work , even the workers are not able to connect, when owner is not available
3
Client Profile
Which of the work is taken up by which worker confuses the co-workers, so sometimes this leads to confusion withing co-workers.

Impact
While I began with the app, I had a clear set of thought what has to be achieved, but when i moved towards the Usability testing part, I found what users really thing and also while reviewing the project I also got a suggestion for security threat. So that really opened up my mind to look and observe things with broader perspective
